Electronic Procurement System

In about a month, letters, providing additional information, will be sent to vendors who are currently listed on the City of Philadelphia’s bidders’ lists. In addition, all up to date information regarding WebProcure’s implementation and vendor registration will be posted under “Notices” on our web page at www.phila.gov/bids as well as on www.phila.gov under Feature Stories. Human Relations new Website

The Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations' new interactive website provides comprehensive information on the City's Fair Practices Ordinance, enforcement of civil rights laws and mediating neighborhood disputes. The Fair Housing Commission addresses landlord/tenant issues. Questionnaires and forms enable citizens to file a complaint with PCHR on-line and not in-line.
